Hello, I have been on Le Bon Coin for several years and so far, no problems. But now, since my last sale (without going through online payment), I am not receiving the 6-digit validation code! They tell me they sent it, but I am not receiving it. They are indeed in my authorized contacts list. I checked my spam, nothing.... So what can I do?

    Unfortunately, we have to see it with them, it's the only option... we don't have a miracle solution if the site in question doesn't send the code.
