Uncolored gray pixels

Hello,

I'm using GIMP to colorize a comic book. Everything was going well until yesterday: I don't know why, all of a sudden, several pixels remained gray, no matter which layer I was working on.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the new version, but the problem is still there.

Have I missed a setting?
