Hello, I just changed my computer and when I scan I get one page right side up and one upside down, but this doesn't happen with my old computer, so it's not the printer's fault.

I would need help please.

    Hello,

    Check the printer settings to see if the printing is set to double-sided and also check the preview!

      Hello, the printer settings are fine since when I do it with another computer, all the scanned documents are in the right place.

        Update your printer drivers (since you changed your PC).

        Specify which printer (brand and model) and under which Windows OS?
