How to disable the voice that comments on movies

Hello,

I'm desperate for someone to help me disable the voice that comments on the movies on my TV; the brand of the TV is Continental Edison.

    Good evening,

    It depends on the software you are using or the device, but the voice that describes is called: audio description, so in the settings or options, you just need to uncheck it.

    Possibly on the video itself; a right-click on the video may bring up a menu, then check under audio, subtitles, because I’ve seen that some software places the audio description in the subtitles.
