Hello.
Either the BIOS boot order is incorrect, the hard drive should be first.
Or the BIOS mode is not correct, UEFI or Legacy; change the mode accordingly to see if that’s the issue.
Or the disk is no longer recognized in the BIOS (disk poorly connected or faulty) to check.
Or the Windows boot sector is corrupted.
