No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

Bonsoir,
I have a Toshiba Satellite C70D-A 111. Initially on Windows 8.1, I wanted to switch to Windows 7. To do this, I entered the BIOS to adjust the settings for the bootable USB drive. The installation started, but it says that I need to install a "CD/DVD driver." So the installation stops, and the program tells me that the PC will reboot. Technically, since I haven't formatted any hard drive, Windows 8 should still be available. Upon rebooting, it says "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press key," and therefore there's no way to access the BIOS or anything else.

I would like some help with my problem, please.
Thank you in advance.

    Hello
If your Windows has started, you don't need to worry about this function or check the driver box.
    Just ignore it.
