Issue with HP LaserJet MFP M426fdn Printer

Hello,

It is currently impossible to start a copy and scan of documents on my HP LaserJet MFP M426fdn printer. It displays "Device busy. Please try again later." I have deleted all pending tasks and even reset the printer, but to no avail. The problem still persists.

    Hello,

    You have two methods: perform a reset on the printer (hard reset).

    The second method is to stop and start the print spooler.
