ERROR for site owner: invalid key type

Hello everyone, I can't connect to a platform or even register because of a reCAPTCHA that displays this message: ERROR for site owner: invalid key type.

Is there anything I can do about it or is it an intentional action by the site owner?

    It is impossible for forum members to respond on behalf of the services of this unknown account.

    It may be a bug or a period of unavailability for maintenance.

    Like all websites, there is probably a contact form where you can ask the question.

    If they do not respond, you will at least be informed about the seriousness and responsiveness of this site.
