Hello

Problem solved. Thank you all. :o)

My Windows key on my Asus laptop keyboard is not working anymore.

It's really useful for me, windows+E, etc., which I use often.

If anyone has had this problem or has an idea that could solve it, I would be happy to try it out.

Thanks everyone.

Asus TUF Gaming F17 with Windows 11. Updates completed.

Error message when I try to use "msdt.exe -i KeyboardDiagnostic".

It's simply a key combination to reactivate the Windows key. (Windows key + the FN key simultaneously). I actually got a bit frustrated with the keyboard because it was really annoying me, so I pressed the Windows key a bit hard and for a long time, and a message appeared on the screen informing me that it was disabled and how to reactivate it! lol as silly as that. I must have disabled it by mistake. There you go, that’s the story... Sometimes we get worked up over something simple... yet you still had to know it! ! :o)... Thanks again.

Hello Madmyke. Sorry, yes, I wasn't very clear last night :o(... In fact, after posting this message I found the solution and since I couldn't find the "delete" function for this message, I just "edited" it by adding at the beginning that the problem was resolved. Not very smart, I admit, I must have been very tired :o). Anyway, thanks everyone for your help. And I’m sorry again.

Otherwise, the problem was just that my Windows key was no longer working and I had tried a lot of things including the "msdt.exe -i KeyboardDiagnostic" function, which diagnoses the proper functioning of the keyboard but apparently no longer works under Windows 11. I hope this time I was clearer. :o) Sorry.

Yes, indeed, with the chronological reconstruction, it works :-) And what was the solution?
