Hello everyone,

Since yesterday, when I play certain online games on Facebook with my friends, I get this message: Unable to load end-to-end encrypted conversations. Please try refreshing the page to see them.

I haven't done anything special and I've searched on Google but the explanations are hard to understand and I can't find a solution.

I’ve done all the updates including Google, but nothing works!!

My PC is running Windows 11.

Can you please help me?

    Hello

    META (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram) has been having issues since at least yesterday.

    Here it indicates that the chat between you and your friends is not encrypted.

    Aside from this statement, do you have a problem? If not, let it be; if yes, I would suggest waiting another 2-3 days (given the general issue), and otherwise contact them directly through support.

    Hey thanks for the reply Dadout, I could have searched for a long time... No other issues for now, so I'm just waiting for it to get better.
