Alright, I will go ahead and format my HDD and reinstall Windows 10. But I will set up Atlas as a dual boot.

Well, I'm getting back to you because I don't know how to reinstall Windows 10 since I can't format my HDD. The PC
tells me it's impossible!!!

PS I created an ISO image of Windows 10 on a USB stick.

You can't perform Hara-Kiri on your PC and format Windows from itself, only from an external device (like a bootable USB drive made with Rufus or Media Creation Tool, not just by copying an ISO to it).
But that's not what I would do: I would partition the drive using the partition manager or software like Aomei Partition Assistant to create a new primary NTFS partition of sufficient size (at least a few dozen GB for Windows 10).
Then I would boot from the USB drive and install Windows on this new partition (making sure not to make a mistake, checking the size).
Of course, the BIOS security should be disabled for the operation.

Well, after some thought, I've opted for another solution; replacing the HDD with an SSD, adding 8 GB of RAM, and starting over with a more powerful PC. I will therefore reinstall Windows 10 and Atlas in dual boot.

Atlas is dangerous because it disables everything, and that is the point.
It is clearly specified that it must be installed in dual boot; if that has not been done, we have no choice but to format and start from scratch.
