Are there multiple caches in an IMAC? I don't understand. Could you rephrase your question?
There are plenty of caches in macOS. To clear them, a simple method is to start the Mac in "safe mode" (hold down the Shift key during startup). A number of maintenance operations are then performed in the background (hence the somewhat long startup time in this mode), including clearing the caches.
It might be interesting to know why you want to clear the caches. Normally, it's an unnecessary operation...
Note: the caches will, of course, rebuild themselves as needed, since their purpose is to allow for quicker retrieval of information.
