PayPal on Steam: payment blocked

Hello,

I have a problem on Steam when I want to pay with PayPal: I can't log into my account. More specifically, when PayPal opens and I need to enter my email address, I do so, I click to proceed but instead of the next tab, the same tab appears. PayPal keeps asking me to enter my email address in a loop.

Please help me.

    Hello,

    This is a Paypal control coming from your "Supplier"... who does not allow payment via Paypal... for a reason... that may stem from your credibility... or the agreements made between them...

    The one who could respond to you is Paypal..
