Unable to validate GPU 2 in AMD SOFTWARE

Hello,

I own the following laptop: Omen 16-c0100nf.

I recently bought this computer to use architecture software (REVIT, ALLPLAN, TWINMOTION...).

However, I'm experiencing display issues with these programs because I feel like my PC is not using the main graphics card (AMD RX6600M).

To address this, I went into AMD SOFTWARE, under the GRAPHICS tab, I select GPU2 to choose the AMD RX 6600M, but when I exit AMD SOFTWARE and open it again, it reverts to GPU 1.

Additionally, in the GAMES tab, when I select REVIT, for example, it indicates under DISPLAY that the basic graphics card is GPU 1 and GPU2 is not visible.

How do I validate GPU 2?

I also indicated HIGH PERFORMANCE in each of the architecture software under DISPLAY SETTINGS in Windows 11, GRAPHICS.

So, how can I tell if my PC is using GPU 1 or GPU 2 for these programs?

(See photos)

Thank you in advance for your help, as I've been searching for a while.

Hello,

There are 2 graphics cards, as you can see in the photos, we see 2 GPUs.

Here is my computer:

On the provided link, there is no photo.

Regarding the specifications of the PC on that same link, it mentions only one graphics card AMD Radeon RX 6600M. The other one being an integrated graphics processor named AMD Radeon Vega 8.

I was talking about the photos in my first message.

In AMD SOFTWARE, we can see that GPU 1 corresponds to AMD Radeon(tm) Graphics (primary/integrated/hybrid) (see photo in this message). Is this indeed a graphics card associated with the processor?

And as I mentioned in the first message, when I select GPU 2 in GRAPHICS in AMD SOFTWARE and then close the application. Once I reopen it later, it is GPU 1 that is selected, which is highlighted in red.

So I can't figure out if my architecture software is using GPU 1 or GPU 2?

Knowing that GPU 1 corresponds to AMD Radeon(tm) Graphics (primary/integrated/hybrid)

And GPU 2 to AMD Radeon RX 6600M.

In the Windows display settings, there is also the presence of AMD Radeon in addition to AMD Radeon RX 6600 M. I selected the AMD RX 6600 M in it but I don't understand why in AMD SOFTWARE, I cannot validate GPU 2.

Because even when I look at REVIT in AMD SOFTWARE, we can see under DISPLAY, DDC DISPLAY - ADP (AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics). So does that mean that for REVIT, it uses GPU 1 AMD Radeon(tm) Graphics and not GPU 2? Even though in the display settings I selected the AMD RX 600 M?

Thanks again for your help

PS: I'm attaching some photos at the end of this message
