    Hello everyone.

Just to point out that apparently with W11 you only need to install the drivers for W10.

In any case, it worked here: https://www.google.fr/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwi687-O0eX_AhU4TqQEHUQXBSUQFnoECBYQAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fanswers.microsoft.com%2Ffr-fr%2Fwindows%2Fforum%2Fall%2Fmon-imprimante-canon-mp550-nest-pas-reconnue%2Fd241a199-5739-4d11-bd96-f843be92b7a1&usg=AOvVaw3q7HX1SvfhrpuXh6qyXZj-&opi=89978449

Another point, if there are other drivers for another printer present on the PC, you need to uninstall them first.

      Hello,

That's what I said in <6> and it brought down the wrath on me.

I saw, I checked your link (which did not appear), I also have a Canon of another model that works very well under W11 with the W10 drivers.

      Hi

Install a W10 driver?? Why since there is one (or even two) W11 drivers?

And why uninstall another printer? Are we no longer allowed to have multiple ones ( ;-))?

I have (among other things) a MG5150, to make it work under W11, W10 driver and no other 3-in-1 installed otherwise the scanner doesn't work under W11, that's how it is, a fact, and it doesn't tell me why, it refuses the nasty one.

That said, your link (which is probably the same as mine) is also faulty, there's no way to put a correct link to Microsoft answers.

Thank you, but I'm going to stop here. Too complicated.

I installed Revo, I uninstalled Canon, I restarted the PC, disconnected the USB cable, I turned the printer back on and now I'm stuck.

Shall I run the driver setup?

All that for this: it is indeed the Windows 10 driver that has been installed and as stated for a while (there is no other and it dates back to 2012).

In the end, the main thing is that it works.
