PC stuck on Windows Boot Manager

  Hello

Following a crash (the PC froze and I had to turn off the power switch), my Lenovo Ideapad3 is stuck on the Windows Boot Manager screen. I can access the BIOS, but I always return to the Windows Boot Manager screen. I am using Windows 10. I've been told that the hard drive might be faulty.
