Application not compatible with the latest version of Android

Hello,

My La Banque Postale app no longer gave me access to my card settings. I uninstalled it and now it doesn't match the latest version of my operating system. And the latest news is that it has disappeared from the Play Store!

What should I do? Thank you for your forthcoming help.

Hello, I have access to my customer space for La Banque Postale on Android without using the app, I went here on their website

https://www.labanquepostale.fr/particulier/comptes-et-cartes/espaces-clients/banque-en-ligne.html and once there, you just need to tap on the three dots at the top right, then > add to home screen, you will be able to access it like that afterwards, with

this icon that will appear on your smartphone

Hello,

The "issue" comes from the rules of the Play Store and the app. For the past few weeks/months, the Play Store has not offered apps that do not target the latest version of Android on these phones. LaBanquePostale must therefore update its app to comply with the new rules.

Hello Toinie, what version of Android do you have on your phone? Because the latest version of the La Banque Postale app requires Android 9 or iOS 12.0 or higher. If you don't know, what brand and model is your phone?
