Hello, I am using an Asus Chromebook, and since last week, following a malfunction, I have a big problem. There is a blue frame that keeps moving around and prevents me from using it. I went into the settings and must have changed something, but I don’t know what. I’m not good with computers, could you help me in a simple way? Thank you.

Hello, it is difficult to say exactly what is happening without more information, but it is possible that you have activated an accessibility feature called "Cursor Tracking" or "Mouse Pointer." This feature can display a frame or a bubble around your mouse cursor to help users find it more easily.

To disable this feature, here are the steps to follow:

    1. Click on the "Settings" button at the bottom right of your screen.

    2. Click on "Accessibility" in the list of settings.

    3. Under "Mouse and Touchpad," disable the "Cursor Tracking" or "Mouse Pointer" option.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can also try resetting your computer by pressing the power button until it turns off, then turning it back on.

    I hope this helps!
