Err:509 on operations in OpenOffice 4

Hello,

I have been using OpenOffice for a very long time, and I have never encountered this problem before:
I can no longer perform any operations between the cells (+, -, X, Σ ). It systematically displays Err:509.
I thought it might be a problem with the Java Runtime Environment, so I reinstalled it in both 32 and 64 bit. No improvement.

I saw in this forum that I might need to reset my user profile in OpenOffice, but Windows can't find anything when searching for %appdata%OpenOffice4. There is actually no AppData folder in my Windows user folder.
If the problem and the solution are on that side, I see that I have 5 user folders, for a reason I don't know:
Default.migrated (the only one with an AppData, but for Microsoft, not OpenOffice).
DefaultAppPool
DELL
N1EFE~1.HMI
Public

Your insights might help me get out of this jam.

Hello

I don't have the answer, but for Appdata, it's sometimes hidden by default; in the view tab, you need to check "hidden items."
