Cursor missing on Google Sheets

Hello

In a split second, I no longer have a cursor on the right to scroll up and down on my Google Sheet, and when I open and close my file, a message appears and disappears immediately: here is part of the message because I can't capture it in full, nor read it:

"The current window is too small to properly display this sheet. Try resizing your browser window or adjusting the rows and ...."

How can I fix this problem please? I searched but couldn't find anything :(
