Hello. Problem with Takara KDV103 DVD player. Unable to remove the subtitles.

Menu - click on "no subtitles" - then click on the movie. The subtitles continue to appear. Despite several attempts and on any commercial DVD, no piracy involved. It's driving me crazy. Thank you to everyone who can help me or give advice.

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Try to perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
