Hello,

On iPhone, in WhatsApp, Privacy, I have disabled read receipts. However, when you long press a message, the > info > Read and Delivered still appear.

What does this Read in blue VV and the three little dots mean?

What does Delivered mean?

Is there a way to remove this information? I don't understand why it appears since I've turned off "read receipts."

    Hello,

    Today, even with read receipts disabled, I realize that if I press and hold a message I’ve sent, well:

    - for some recipients, Seen changes to Read and for others, it doesn't.

    Is there a kind soul out there who can explain this to me?
