Lost MTCN code Western Union

Hello.

I was sent money via Western Union but I lost the MTCN code and the sender no longer has it. How can I withdraw the funds without this code??

    Go to https://www.westernunion.com/web/global-service/track-transfer

    Click on "you do not know the MTCN".

      But it doesn't provide the MTCN. So I still can't withdraw. It only lets me track the transfer.
