Missing cam module

Hello

I have a NASCO LED TV model: 32C1NA with a built-in decoder, and after installing my satellite dish, I received a few African channels. My issue now is to know how to get the other channels since when I try to access them, I'm told that a CAM module is missing.

Hello Mondesir,
First of all one thing: make short sentences. Your explanations are not clear at all and no one will be able to help you if you are so messy.
"I received some African channels": so you are oriented towards an African satellite.
"how to get the other channels": (French ones?) You will need another dish oriented towards a European satellite (Astra or Eutelsat or another one).
