How to contact Instagram?

Hello,

I'm trying to reach Instagram's support service but I can't find it. Does anyone have a solution?

I've scoured the web looking for a solution to my problem, which is that I no longer have access to REELS on Instagram. The tab that appeared at the bottom of my bar has been replaced by the heart, and when I'm on a reel, I can't scroll to access the next one. This is very frustrating for me as being on Instagram is an integral part of my job. However, there are no problems on my professional account; everything works fine!

    You need to use the problem reporting form:

    And don't be in a hurry.

    Edit: that said, given the increase in posts, it must be coming from the latest update... let's see if it stays like this (the button might be hidden somewhere) or if everything goes back to normal... sometimes Instagram does testing... and reverts if user feedback is bad.
