Samsung TV screen issue vertical stripes

Hello everyone,

I'm writing here because I can't find an answer on the web regarding my problem.

I have a 2016 Samsung 4K television, and suddenly green, blue, and red stripes appeared with a black screen behind.

It's impossible to see the TV screen.

The TV works, and when I press the remote, I see some effect on the stripes.

I don't know what to do; I've unplugged and replugged it, nothing works.

If you can help me?

    Hello, I think your problem is coming from your screen panel (burnt transistors, and the rest will follow). Your panel is failing. If it's under warranty, take advantage of it!

      I also think it's the motherboard or the board.

      I'm in the process of taking it apart.

      It's no longer under warranty, it’s from 2016.

    Hello, sorry but electronics are not usually to blame in most cases. It’s the panel where the transistors that display the pixels are located; electronics only manage the display of the points one by one.

    These electronic boards may have an issue, but you need to be able to test them, and only a qualified professional can do that.
