Multiple issues with BRANDT B5006UHD LED TVs

Hello,

The volume decreases by itself to 0, and if by chance we manage to adjust it, it starts going down again after a few seconds.
Moreover, every time we want to adjust the settings, the language changes randomly...
Three days ago, the general "source" menu was scrolling continuously and too quickly to make a choice. It seems to have been resolved by pressing and holding the power button on the remote control (new batteries).
Are the 3 problems related? Is my TV broken, or can you help me? Thank you.

    Is the warranty still valid on the television or not?

      Thank you for the response, the warranty is no longer valid (2 years - purchase from November 2019)

      A workaround to bypass the TV problem. The TNT receiver manages the channels and sound via its own remote control, and the TV becomes a simple screen.

      I don't think so because the problems persist when using the buttons on the television.
