Well, I don’t know, next time I’ll change sellers!
So I downloaded and extracted the four files you gave me the link to, which have the extensions
.cat .inf .pnf .sys
I double-clicked on all four, but nothing happens.
On another note, when I plug the USB stick into the port, nothing happens.
And I think these are the drivers; what about the software that manages all of this?
In device search, the PC finds the stick under the name "AV to USB2.0"
I admit I'm reaching the limit of my skills.

Hello fool, Thank you for your testimony. Indeed, Flash Vente's attitude is outrageous. They are selling an unusable key as there is neither a CD, nor a driver, nor capture software, and they have the nerve to say that the package is complete even though the CD is in the description.
I am receiving valuable help from panth33ra, but I am not sure I will achieve my goals.

After unsuccessfully trying to install the drivers and scanning software, the key is still not recognized, I eventually gave up; I returned the key to China hoping for a hypothetical refund.
Thanks to Panth33ra and glandu for their responses.
I won't close this thread, I'll do so to indicate if the refund has taken place.
