Hello, on my son's tablet, we can no longer access Chrome; it opens and closes right away. I tried with another browser, same issue; everything was working before.

    Besides resetting the tablet through the phone's settings, I don't see any other solution. Wait for more responses; maybe someone will have another idea.

      I managed to do it, by using the parental control I have on my smartphone to reset the tablet

      I’m waiting for him to come back so I can set up his accounts again

    Hello.

    If your tablet (which you haven't mentioned the brand or model of) is running Android, go to the tablet's settings, then in Apps, select Google Chrome, then Storage, and then Clear data. This will reset Chrome's settings to default and delete all of Chrome's data (history, saved passwords, etc. etc.....).

    I always have the problem, Chrome's homepage asks me to sync, then everything disappears

    I end up on the tablet's homepage
