QWERTY keyboard number issues

Hello,

I'm on a laptop with a 60% qwerty keyboard, so the 1 and f1 keys are confused and so on, except that my 1 key performs the f1 action, 2 performs the f2 action, and so on, and I can't even type the numbers.

If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate it, thank you.

Best regards

    Hello,

The Fn key appears to be locked.

Pressing the FN and Caps Lock keys at the same time locks or unlocks the Fn key.

I have tried every way possible and it still doesn't work

could the problem be coming from somewhere else?

If you hold down the Fn key and then the number keys, what do you get?

      Edit...

You say you've tried everything, but unless I'm mistaken, on a 60% keyboard there is no Num Lock or Num Lock key.

If the Fn key is indeed locked, you will need to use the virtual keyboard to perform the unlock operation.

      Good evening,

I apologize for this late reply, but I couldn't respond earlier.

No, it doesn't yield the same result.

I tried the instructions that the website you sent me provided, and it doesn't work. I forgot to mention that the keyboard of my laptop works perfectly; it's just my external keyboard that has this issue.

      Best regards,
