Hello, does anyone know how to copy text from the ChatGPT window to paste it into an email?

Because when I paste it, it creates a background behind the text, and I don't want this background to be a different color (darker) than the background of my email.

    If you first paste it on a notepad, you will only keep the format, so you can then copy it from your notepad and paste the content into your email.
