All these watches +++ are based on the same chipsets... there are 5 or 6 models to meet the performance levels... From there, there are many categories that work with the same menus.
But all are accessible via an application installed on the smartphone, connected via Bluetooth...
So for your case, it’s from your smartphone that it’s happening... on your watch’s app... in the menus, you should find: "Reinitialization" or Factory reset... you should have a manual, even a mini one... or to download from the seller's or manufacturer's website...
