IPTV smartpro language problem

Hello,

I can't change the language or turn on the subtitles. The gear icon doesn't appear when I'm watching a movie when I press pause.

Can you help me?

    If you subscribed to an IPTV service to get a bouquet of paid channels at a bargain price, know that it's illegal in France. The Arcom blocks these sites daily, which are located abroad and are not exactly honest.     Since this kind of practice is illegal, no help can be provided by the forum as it falls outside CCM's charter; discuss this with those who sold you the subscription.
