Hello, calls received on the Moto E40 are sent to voicemail after 1 ring?

I checked blocked calls, airplane mode, and do not disturb, nothing.

Do you have any idea about this?

More and more, the voicemail isn't on the phone; it's on the phone provider's website... So that's where you need to go... often, you'll have to log into your customer area, look for the "Voicemail" section, and then you can check or uncheck boxes to set certain options of your choice... It's up to you.

This process may be accessible from the smartphone, depending on your contract, the internal menus, and the provider..
