Recurring message: A site is reading your data

Hello,

For the past few days, when I swipe my Xiaomi 12 screen from bottom to top, a recurring notification appears: Chrome: a site is reading a muted content and I can't read the rest because the screen doesn't allow horizontal scrolling of the message. I go into Chrome, nothing special appears. I clear the cache. I swipe again and the notification reappears.
I have to turn my phone off and on again.
Does anyone have any idea?

    Hello.

    The mu is multimedia; your title is incorrect. It is not reading your data but a multimedia content. If you go to streaming sites, this message may appear.

    Thank you for your response, which I almost completely understood.
    So if I go to a streaming site, even after leaving it, will I keep this notification until I restart my phone? Is this action harmful?

      Illegal or pornographic streaming sites are harmful; with them, you often end up with an infected browser. For legal streaming sites, there is no problem.

      You have Malwarebytes for Android, but it's not very effective on Android. You can also clean your browser through the phone's settings, then "apps," then "Google Chrome," then "Storage," and then "clear data." This resets the browser and restores it to its original state.
