What is this lg oled 48 c2?

Hello,

I just installed our LG OLED 48 C2 TV. In the package, there is an unknown accessory. It is a black cable: on one side, there is an audio cable plug and on the other side, 2 half-spheres accompanied by 2 adhesive stickers.

What is this accessory for?

    Basically, it's a way to remotely control external devices (IR blaster compatible) with your TV remote...

    It's very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...
