Hello,

I am a student and I have been trying several times to watch a video on the Shoah memorial's website. I have really tried everything (I used four different browsers and several computers but each time the same message appears). However, I was still able to watch this video a few weeks ago but now it doesn’t work at all. Do you have any idea what could help or should I contact the memorial directly?

    Hello,

    It's even less easy to say since the site is quite large and you didn't provide the link (but I don't see any videos unless it's a specific search in the archives).

    The most common causes are impossible access (and that's a server problem, try again later) or old videos in swf format for Adobe Flash Player that no browser supports anymore.

    In the latter case, try using Internet Explorer which has it built-in by default if you have it and if it works (it's basically dead as well), otherwise there are free or paid software that can read swf online, I don't know about that issue.

    Note that the vast majority of these videos are also on YouTube (did you try searching for it directly on yt?)
