Hello Gab,
Where can we see what is assigned to Windows?
In response No. 9, Container Disk1, there are 4 volumes, what do they correspond to?
If I have to format the hard drive, I would back it up with Time Machine (which I don't like)
Then, I wouldn't want to reinstall everything. Should I delete before the backup? Or after?
Why this question; I've noticed that quite often, I have a spinning multicolored wheel and that even without this wheel, the computer freezes (it becomes unresponsive). The mouse works, but the computer doesn't respond. MYSTERY.
Sincerely yours

APFS container = 4 volumes
Preboot, Recovery, VM and apple didi 1000
visible in response 14.
For Windows, if it's a Parallels Desktop or VMfusion, it's in the documents folder
~/Documents/Parallels
~/Documents/VMfusion
Time Machine is a very good tool, but there are also some equally nice alternatives
During the migration assistant, you can choose what you want to reintegrate
Unfortunately, the multicolored wheel is usually related to a bug typically caused by a failing hard drive or a lack of RAM

Hello,
Now that we have explored everything, the only solution is formatting. OK!
1) To format the HDD, I go to Disk Utility. Which one should I format?
Apple HDD ST1000 DM003 Media
Container Disk1 OR Apple HDD 1000
2) What format and what scheme?
Another question: Can a novice (like me) change an Internal Hard Drive themselves? I have already added 2 sticks of 4GB each, to reach 16GB of memory. (Done by me, I swear)
What is RAM?
3) What software to perform a backup?

You will need to format the HDD ST1000 DM003 to the APFS format
after the name, it's up to you :)
Adding RAM is good.
I strongly advise against adding an SSD; the risk of damage is too great for a novice, to take your terms back.
What is RAM, commonly referred to as memory:
RAM is a volatile memory that allows the processor to fetch the data it needs to perform an operation. It temporarily stores this information for a very short duration before deleting it once it has been used by the program. It will be needed during multiple applications or tasks.
But it won't make the machine faster, or not significantly.Time Machine remains the best choice for a novice and for a RELIABLE backup solution.
SuperDuper! and Carbon Copy Cloner are good tools but more technical.

I didn't specify any extension, so the APFS first on the list is the right one
you don't touch the diagram :)
