Hello,

Here is the problem: the TV turns on with the Thomson and Android logos, then the backlighting turns off. The LCD panel works, the sound as well, and by putting light in front of it I can navigate through the menus and operate the TV. But a TV without an image is not really useful.

Is the problem really due to the burnt-out LEDs?

    Probably yes, but from a distance without having the TV in hand it's hard to tell you more.
