Unable to watch 6play replay on the Freebox 4k!

Hello,

For days now, no Replay is accessible on 6play. I can see the content, but when I press it, nothing starts. No solution from Free, who says everything is fine. What should I do??

    Hello.

    Restart your two Freebox devices, and if that doesn't help, I don't think anyone on a forum can solve this kind of problem, which probably comes from M6 or Free.

    I just tried it with my Freebox POP at home and everything works perfectly.

    Response from Free: this is due to a collective issue in the chain, a flow problem, the information has been escalated. He advises me to be patient, there's nothing else to do in the meantime. Let's hope the outage gets fixed quickly ????

    Sending an email to M6, they're looking into the problem..

      The question was about the mini 4k, I conclude that there is apparently a problem with the mini 4k, switch to the POP it's much better and more economical especially if you have a Free mobile subscription.
