Standby light on and blinking 3 times

We're indeed waiting for the relay to click

All voltages 3.5V, 12V, and 24V are okay on the motherboard

What else can we do?

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Maybe a power supply circuit overload issue, not sure, but it's worth trying this which sometimes works:
    Unplug from the socket and short-circuit between the two prongs of the plug with a wire, paper clip, etc...


    Of course do not plug it back in
    Wait an hour, remove the wire or paper clip and plug it back in
