Hello,

I just bought a plane ticket online, everything seems fine, I have my reservation confirmed, however I have an error message!!! that says:

Your request could not be processed. Please contact your system administrator. (8149)

I don't understand what that means?? Is my ticket not reserved???

    Problem solved! I emailed the resaonline service and they sent me the electronic ticket.

    What does this mean?? Isn't my ticket reserved???

    The safest bet is to ask the airline.

      Hello, were you able to catch your flight? I'm getting the same message, but I received the electronic tickets and the reservation is marked as confirmed and paid by card on that day.
