Hello, I have a problem with my laptop's charging. It no longer charges to 100%, it stops at around 60%. I have reset my computer and made adjustments to settings and troubleshooting, but nothing works. As for the cable, I changed it with exactly the same one, but that didn't help either. I can't tell if my battery is defective since I cannot remove it myself.

Have a good day

    Good evening,

    A battery wears out...

Otherwise, check with a repair technician for the battery with a quote beforehand. Otherwise, just let it run its course plugged into the wall for zero euros...

Yes, of course a battery wears out, I am aware of that. Thank you for this link, unfortunately, it didn't help me. As for the repairman, that's what I plan to do, but as a last resort.

No miracle with the normal wear of a battery.

So it's the computer that the high school gave you then.

How long have you had it?

Yes, that one. I've had it for 3 years. I know it can be worn out, but I know people who still have it and it works very well, no problems at all.
