Hello,

I just bought a 4X4 OPEL FRONTERA, and while checking the fuses, I removed the one for the radio (which apparently worked!) and bam, it asks me for the code! ... No problem with the code, I have it, it’s the instruction manual that I don’t have! ...

If you know the technique, it’s a SIEMENS DVO CDR 500.

Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello,
To enter the code:
1) connect the power supply
2) turn on the device (press the volume button on the left)
3) turn off the device
4) press the AS button and while holding it down turn on the device again
5) it should display SAFE 10........ (this means you have 10 attempts to enter the code)
6) then use station buttons 1 to 4 to input the code
7) for example for the code 1035
I press the button "1" twice
" " " "2" 0 times
" " " "3" 4 times and the button "4" 6 times then validate by pressing the AS button until a beep sounds.

There you go

Correction of the procedure to enter the code for the Siemens CRD500 car radio on a 2004 Opel Zafira 2.2 DTI:
The radio has 4 buttons marked 1, 2, 3, 4, among others.
Simply turn on the radio and press the AS button.
Then the display will show 10; enter the first digit by selecting the corresponding code number by pressing successively until the correct number is displayed, repeat this for the other digits and confirm at the end of the programming by pressing and holding AS until a memorization beep is heard.
I have noticed that when there is no code, the window controls no longer function in continuous mode.
Note: For the number zero, press once, and the display will show zero and then 1.
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 will follow if you continue!
