How to uninstall the appblock app.

Hello, I have a major problem. I used the app AppBlock to force myself to separate from my smartphone for a while, but I ran into an issue.
Without realizing it, I set my profile to a time-unlimited mode, so the app is activated indefinitely and will never stop.
The biggest problem is that to avoid distractions, I've blocked all the apps on my smartphone (settings, games,.... including AppBlock), so I can no longer access any applications on my smartphone.
I cannot disable the app in the Google Play Store, not in settings, nor on AppBlock because every time I try to access it, it tells me that the app has been blocked to avoid distractions.
Can you please help me solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    Have you tried uninstalling it from the application grid? (long press on the shortcut or menu ...)

    What a silly idea to block the settings and the app itself ...

      Well, I didn't mean to block everything, and when I press and hold the app to access the uninstall shortcut, it's part of the settings so it also blocks my access.

      Please, can you tell me how to do it? I would be very grateful.

      How can I delete this app?

        Can you install new apps via the Play Store, and do you have access to it?

        It's good, I found the solution, I restarted my phone in safe mode and force deleted the app from the settings.
