Processor running while it is turned off

Hello, I recently reverted to Windows 10 from a USB stick because I had a problem with Windows 11, and for the second time, when I start my PC and go to the Task Manager in the Performance tab, I see that my processor has been running since the time I was playing, plus the time it stayed turned off, yet it is cold and unplugged since it's a laptop. When I start it up, it performs really well.

I wanted to ask you if this is serious or not?

    Hello,

    Are you talking about the "uptime" below the CPU graph? I had never noticed it, but I too have an inconsistent uptime. After researching, it seems to be due to Windows fast boot not resetting this counter. No worries about that.

    If you really want to reset it, you can do a "real" restart via the start menu.

     I recently switched back to Windows 10 from a USB flash drive because I had an issue with Windows 11

    ...and how did you go about it?... Did you reinstall Windows 10?
