Convert MP4 files to BIN file

Hello, I bought a "smart 3D hologram fan," and I have some app installations to do, but I need to convert MP4 files into Bin files for the projector to work... How should I do that?

    Hello,
    try renaming the file extension that is tricky but sometimes it works
    or try https://anyconv.com/bin-converter/ and convert.io
