Hello,

Since this morning I’ve been trying to print a Colissimo shipping slip but it’s impossible. Every time I print, the sheet comes out with the barcodes hidden by a red band, so it can’t be used.

I need to send my package as soon as possible. If anyone has any advice or answers, I’m all ears.

Thank you very much

If you purchased your postage online, you can print your label at a post office using the colissimo number.

    Hello,
Which application do you use to print the barcode?

I don't use any specific app, or I don't know, I go directly through my email (Outlook).

Can you save this barcode as an image on the desktop?

It's going to be complicated because I use my phone to check my email and print since my computer is out of order at the moment.

    Hello,

There may be a recognition issue with the barcode "characters", try printing as an image if you find an option for that.

    Best regards.

I'm afraid I don't know how to do that. What I forgot to mention is that I'm using my phone because my computer is out of order.
