hello everyone; after a phone intervention with Orange to report a problem with my landline, several manipulations were carried out, including a reset with the box; my landline is not working, checking in-store the two pairs work there but not at my place, how to reset the pairs? thanks to everyone for your replies, I am from the third generation so it's difficult for me.     Is it a Voice model with built-in answering machine or not?

    Furthermore, saying my landline doesn't work is very low on information.
    What problems are you experiencing... no dial tone, can receive calls? unable to call, etc.

    Where is this phone base connected?
    At the back of the Livebox?
    On a wall socket?

    Hello, Alcatel XL 585 voice duo connected to the back of the box, unable to make or receive calls, it rings busy when I try to call. Moreover, if I try to call from my mobile, I go straight to voicemail without ringing on my landline. On the screen of the landline phone, when I unclip it from the base, it says busy.     I assume Orange has already had you perform the Livebox reset manipulation...
    But do it again.

    How is the phone indicator on the Livebox 4?

    • Check that your phone is properly connected to the green socket of the Livebox.
    Press the "i" button on the Livebox.
    Do you see your phone number appearing?
    If the information message does not contain your Internet Phone number, the Internet phone service is unavailable.

    If you press the "I" button on the Livebox, do you see your phone number appear on the Livebox display?
