Hello,
I bought a mobile phone from the brand Oukitel WP13 which is supposed to run on Android 11, but I have been having a problem recently; my startup screen flashes with the following error message:
"Red state, Your device has failed verification and may not work properly. Please download boot image with correct signature or disable verified boot, your device will reboot in 5 seconds"
In other words:
"Red state, your device has failed verification and may not function properly. Please download the boot image with the correct signature or disable verified boot, your device will reboot in 5 seconds"
I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible because I need my phone.
Can you help me?
I have tried rebooting it by pressing and holding the two side buttons and the volume + button but nothing works!
I went to the Oukitel site and the following link https://oukitel.com/pages/download-center but I can't open or unzip the software properly... could that help me?

It looks like an installation CD that isn't provided with the product.
I added a driver on my PC to detect the mobile phone, is that enough?

So I sent it to the repair shop, and they explained to me that the phone needed to be flashed.
Since then, it's all good, I got my phone back like when I bought it, then I connected it to my computer after installing the driver above.
It was detected, however, when I open the WP13 tab, I have no files.
Is this normal? On my old Sony Xperia, I had tons of files, that's why I find it strange to see nothing!
